Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we currently accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund within 7–10 business days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
