Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at support sootheskin.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund, which will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds or replacements for damaged/defective items will require photo evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
